We provide a space for exchange and support women in overcoming the psychological consequences of female genital mutilation. <\/li>\n<li>We are currently creating and strengthening networks of women and striving to empower them internally and emotionally, making them more self-confident. We encourage them to speak about it without frustrating their husbands. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 17px;\">Young activists are trained to raise awareness among younger generations against FGM\/C<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Women active against <\/strong><b>FGM\/C<\/b> consists of women from diverse backgrounds and meets monthly, alternating at members&#8217; homes. By supporting each other in coping with everyday problems, they strengthen their community. Together, they then advocate for better education and women&#8217;s participation in society. This space benefits victims of genital mutilation by allowing them to open up. Multipliers who have been trained to act against FGM\/C are active in Women active against FGM\/C.
